I met Jose Duran at an event during fall fashion week, in February, before his move to Paris. I looked him up the next day and found a very different designer. Last night, with See Line Woman in the background, Jose's powerful ensembles moved down the runway during Harlem's Fashion Row. This collection had a lingering effect on me; it spoke for itself.
