1. Entrants/Winners must be legal residents of Japan, Europe, or U.S. and at least 18 years old at time of giveaway.
2. The Creative Cookie, LLC. reserves the right to cancel or modify all or part of the Contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond The Creative Cookie, LLC. reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by The Creative Cookie, LLC. in its sole discretion.
3. Winner must be willing to provide their full name, phone number, and mailing address. Prizes will be delivered US Mail unless otherwise specified. Winners will be contacted via email and have three (3) days to respond. If the winner has not responded within three (3) days, another winner will be selected.
4. The Creative Cookie, LLC. will not be held responsible if the sponsor decides to alter the prize package or if it is lost or damaged in transit.
5. The Creative Cookie, LLC. is not liable for any harm or damage that may occur as a result of using any items in the prize package.
6. Only one winner per household within a 30-day period.
